Good location (close to town but quiet, and up a hill). The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and strong. The wonderful garden was an added bonus.

Little touches would make this place excellent. A slightly better equipped kitchenette, proper dish-washing soap, a rubbish bin.

Great value for money

We arrived late and left early, so haven't really used the facilities, but the bed wasn't too comfortable.

I just love the owners and place. Me, my son and husband are definately going to Gomi 13 back soon ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

We liked everything

We liked absolute everything about staying here: the location was perfect, it’s in the heart of the old town but too far up the hill to see too much tourist traffic. The view is amazing, and the house sits right below the statue of the mother of Georgia. The room is beautiful, bigger than it looks in the photos with a well stocked kitchen and a great gas stovetop (kitchen was missing a chopping board). Outside the room is the nicest paved garden with table and chairs and grapes growing on trellises above your head. However the absolute best thing about the property was the lovely generous owners who live in the apartment above(who we could talk to only through google translate), who let us eat as many of the fresh grapes off the vine as we could, and they brought us down a big jar of grape juice which was delicious. They let us use their washing machine and washing line, and wouldn’t let me lift a finger to do my own washing. They were so accommodating to let us stay an extra night as well. The apartment is such a good price, we had the best time, thankyou so much Karem for being the best host ever.

There was nothing! If we come back to Tbilisi, which i hope we do, we will definitely try and stay here again

The apartment is located in the heart of Tiflis, so perfect to explore the city. The apartment is small (especially when you stay with 3 people) but this was not a problem for us as you normally don't spend a lot of time inside the apartment.
