location, view is good.

there is balcony, but the way is passing through the landlord’s kitchen, living area. there was a smell in the room which was not nice. bathroom was not clean. all facility needs some care.

It had a beautiful view as it's located on the hill, it walking distance to the Mother of Georgia statue

The road to this location is not baby stroller friendly cause it's located on a hill with rough trail

Location and staff were good

The host was wonderfull and very helpful (even though we checked in in the middle of night). The apartment has everything needed and is located in the best possible area - very close to all the interesting parts of the city and with a beautiful view. There is even a private cosy terrace. I would definitely get back and I highly recommend it!!!

The only problem was warm water in the shower - we had to wait for it at least 5 minutes, then it appeared but only for 2 mintures - then water was cold again. Quite frustrating in winter, but probably bearable in the summer

Nice room, has kettle, small burner, wine opener (important!) and plates/glasses. An outside 'terrace' and benches to sit on and eat/drink/relax, nice view. The place is UP the hill, it's not an issue, for me, it's the last few minutes of going up that are a bit steep but I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Lots of lovely cats come visiting you on the terrace, they're veeeery cute!

All was good They were pretty strict about that 3pm check in, went away and came back though - no issues I saw some comments about the location. Look, it's definitely 'up' the hill, it's very easy to get to and out of the way. I loved it up there. If you're a family with kids, it's maybe a bit steep. Older people? Perhaps a little steep. It's really only steep for the last few minutes, prior to that, it's a pleasant walk uphill a bit I'd happily stay here again, loved the location so not real complaints of negatives from me at all
