The room and location were great, dinner was really good and the staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help

From my room, I could hear a throbbing noise from a fridge/freezer or fan or something, which was very annoying during the night. Would also have been nice to have a few more options for breakfast.

Nice welcome , lovely clean room and bathroom. Staff were so friendly and helpful , couldn’t fault it. It’s located in a beautiful village which has reliable bus service into Hebden Bridge.

Nice place to stay.

We asked for secure bike storage and were told this available. Upon arrival this turned out to be unusable. We did lock them outside in the ìcourtyard which was fine but could have been considered before booking. All was well jn the end.

The staff very helpful and friendly. We where in room 3 which had 2 chairs in the bay widow , in which to sit and read. Good Taiwan restaurant. Great bus service into Hebden no.596

A very warm welcome from the staff, felt like family. My son and I had arrived shortly before 10 pm from edale on foot, and Linda offered us hot food even though the kitchen had stopped serving at 8:30pm. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are a good size with a spacious bathroom. A very enjoyable relaxing short stay. We are already planning to return with my wife and younger son by car next time, lol.

It was very quirky and comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable. The passageway, stairs and carpets were very tired and in places in need of a deep clean. The bar and food, both excellent. Breakfast good.

The stairs and first floor passageway is carpeted, thus has become very marked. A good paint, clean and new flooring is required.
