Room was good, plenty of power sockets heated towel rail and hand basin

Wifi kept failing, despite staff attempting to fix it, with the result that I ended up using all the data on my phone plan accidentally. This ended up being expensive and inconvenient. I'd rather pay for decent wifi than have it free but unreliable

Stayed here one night for the Tongariro crossing, staff was super friendly and all facilities were clean

Directions on google take you to the back entrance, you have to walk over to the Dairy to check in

Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Location was excellent. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Kitchen and lounge were good for a backpackers.

Cold water only in the room.
