We've stayed at The Black Swan 3 or 4 times now. Each time we've had a great time! We love setting and atmosphere in bar area, restaurant, rooms, surrounding area and more. The food is delicious with an array of choice. The staff throughout are lovely and very attentive, always wanting to make our stay as good as can be. This stay was for my partners birthday. The staff were so accommodating with efficient and convenient communication over email. I requested a bottle of Cava (not usually available there) for our arrival, which the team was more than happy to help with. I also requested that the room be decorated with banners and balloons on our arrival, with the team again being accommodating, with me ordering the items directly to the hotel from Amazon. My partner loved this on our arrival and definitely made it special for a special birthday. Due to the teams willingness to accommodate all my requests, we had an amazing stay again and will definitely be returning. Thanks to all at The Black Swan. Highly recommended!

"Very welcoming to us and our dogs, we would happily stay there again"

The staff were very friendly, and they gave our two greyhounds a nice welcome too. Breakfast was good, and the room was cosy too.

What a wonderful find, so cosy , old character with it own ambience ( to be experienced) our dog /disability friendly annexe was 100%. The staff /chefs & teams are what gave our stay an exceptional 2 days . If lulu our chichuachua could speak she'd write this review lol 😆 the food was beyond excellent , 👌 presentation, flavour, a skill that only the chef & team could repeat . Thank also Odin breakfast chef & team, Jasmine & girls & Niki for helping my stay be one of comfortable enjoyment
