Nice setting, easy to get to, ample car parking, in good condition.

Unfortunately woke up in the night and couldn’t close the upvc sash window which had been left open due to warm weather. The Bell is situated on a Main and road traffic kept me awake from about 3 am.

Room bit small and bathroom smelt a bit musty

The hospitality. Emma and her team made us feel welcome from the second we stepped in the door. The pub was charming. We had a massive Sunday roast. The beef was cooked to a perfect medium rare, the gravy was a proper British gravy, the cauliflower cheese was a standout (I could be a vegetarian if I had that to eat every day - a fat vegetarian…hahaha - delish!!!!) The rooms we large by European standards. Well appointed. The breakfast was really good. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who took our order and cooked up our food but she was so amazing - big portions again and really tasty - perfect for a meal before we walked 9 miles. And James was beyond helpful. He gave us great tips about our walk and even drove us back to the Way!!! I wish I could give more than a 10 point review! Exceptional!!!!

Locatie ver van cotswold pad dus nog 25 min lopen, maar vanochtend Uber genomen dus dat punt opgelost
