Nice area, breakfast was basic but sufficient. Staff were friendly but not very present however that did not worry me as I was not in the hotel too long

It was so relaxing no stress just really laid back place to be the people of bourton on the water are so pleasant and helpful just a beautiful place to be we will be going back without a doubt

To be honest there was nothing there that I didn't like
