Casa Evelyn

Casa Evelyn es una casa adaptada a un hostal. Tiene 4 pisos, el 1er piso es sala, cocina y una habitacion, el 2do y 3er piso son de puras habitaciones y el 4to piso es la terraza. Me pareció que las instalaciones estaban bastante limpias, la habitación doble era espaciosa y limpia, con un aire acondicionado potente para combatir el calor de Cartagena así que se duerme súper cómodo. El baño era compartido así que dependiendo de los demás huéspedes puede hacerse fila para usarlo. Nos permitieron dejar los bolsos después del check out. La fechada del hostal es bella, inspirada en Gabriel García así que es usual encontrar a turista tomándose fotos

Puede escucharse bastante ruido en vista de que el hostal está muy cercano a zonas de happy hour y cócteles, sin embargo en la habitación se filtraba poco ruido así que pudimos dormir tranquilos

La localización y era bastante cómodo y con aire acondicionado

Está en getsemani, muy céntrico pero algo ruidoso.

A little hard to find, but a nice simple place in a good location. Nothing special, but no problems either

A SINK IN THE BATHROOM THAT IS LITERALLY SUPPORTED BY HOOKS FELL ON MY ARM AND FOOT I HAVE A HAIRLINE FRACTURE ON MY FOOT THIS IS TOTALLY NOT acceptable that only that the sink follow me. The owner didn't even ask me if I was OK I asked her for ice and she told me she didn't have any, even though she has a fully stocked kitchen and never once said "Can i get you a doctor" or anything instead was more mad and pissed off that the sink was broken that was faulty in her house. Explain to me how a person me 120 pounds 4 foot eight was going to break a sink. The sink must've been broken prior and I'm the idiot that got stuck with it because she made me pay for it.THATS RIGHT SHE MADE ME PAY FOR THE SINK AND THE STAY ALSO SHE HAD ME STAY IN THE ROOM THE WHOLE DAY TILL SHE CAME BACK BUT GUESS WHAT I WAITED FOR 6 hours of my last day in Cartagena and she never came I left to buy dinner and came right back and the next morning she has the audacity to tell Me that she was waiting all night? Seriously? I was there and she knows it bc I left and spoke to her handy man and when I got back she still wasn't there. She took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY SHE CLAIMS THIS IS HOW SINKS IN CARTAGENA ARE. I have been 4 previous times and total 7 times to Colombia this has never happened ever once I've never heard of siuch nonesense. Obviously this isn't the case bc she told me it took her HOURS TO FIND THE SINK. So what does that tell you THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER USED THIS WAY!!!!!!. She didn't have the courtesy to even tell me she was charging me for the sink she claims she spoke to booking and they told her I had to. She literally wasted till my UBER WAS IN ROUTE. I should have just left but this woman doesnt look stable. Not jsut that I ex explain that this must've happened with a previous guest and she said it's not possible because they thoroughly check the rooms. Well, I'll tell you how thoroughly they check the rooms.
