The best thing of this hotel is its location, in the middle of the historic center. Very kind and helpful staff. The rooftop gives a great view over the city.

In the weekends the area can be noisy, but earplugs are provided

In the weekends earplugs may be necessary if you are looking to sleep early

Location in centre of Getsemani - restaurants and bars on doorstep. It is noisy but bring good earplugs. Terrace is lovely and comfortable Bed was comfortable Good aircon TV with Netflix

Musty smell in bedroom when we arrived, it cleared once Aircon was on. Staff didn't interact at all, it's a bed in a house so don't expect any advice/ info. Weren't really that friendly. Bed was not the cleanest, marks on the sheets, hairs in the bed. Dirty mat on the bathroom, no towel to wipe hands. Basic stuff Marks on the wall Seems there is a kitchen and is for use on the booking.com site but nothing mentioned to us about it by staff, seemed it was private, weren't sure if could use. Wifi didn't work for a day or two, no communication about it Cleaner knocked on our door at 9am to clean it and wanted us in the room to see the bed changed, was bit invasive as easily we could've been asleep. Better places to stay, we paid €44 per night for 2, probably can get somewhere nicer for same money.

- Average room, damp & with a lot of noise from bars downstairs until late at night - Biggest issue by far was the clearly insufficient cleaning : opened bags of soy sauce in shelves and under the beds, dead cockroaches, hair in corners of the bathroom, etc.

Centrally located, cool rooftop terrace and everything is quite comfy. Hosts are really attentive

Evelyn is extremely sweet and helpful!!

It can get a tad noisy at night, but they provide you ear plugs (and I mean, happens almost anywhere in Cartagena)
