Super stay in a hidden gem. This is a 5 star property with very friendly helpful and professional staff. Emplacement féérique et vue exceptionnelle du fjord. Le personnel est tellement gentil et aimable et les chambres reflètent un hôtel 5 ou 6 étoiles. A ne pas manquer!!

Did have the room I pay for so miss a bed and no one here to help deal with the problem only a number and we were to tried to wait on a person to to come here to help

The owner is not available. Call her so many times so Expedia en she never answered. Parking is so small and down the hill. I have a new F-150 and it overheated just because of that. I had to wait for the truck to cool down while calling the owner and she never responded. I had to find a different hotel at the middle of the night. Limited parking.The are is horrible and no access to anything. She refused to refund for all these issues. I won’t recommend anyone to go through this experience.

We visited after the end of the tourist season. The Auberge itself is several miles beyond the town of La , Baie, in a lovely wooded area literally right on the bank of the fjord. As soon as we entered, there was a sense of both tranquility and beauty. The reception area opens onto a wide-windowed dining area looking directly onto the fjord. We ate there, the food was good, individually prepared, and the setting incomparable. Our room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with a view to the woods and fjord and a balcony (great for warmer weather). Service was personal and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better sojourn.

There was no on there to meet us and I had trouble contacting him. On your confirmation email whrn I tried to message him, it said there was a problem with the site. Then I tried calling directly and got a voicemail. Other guests arrived and they had a different phone number for them and I finally reached him (Alex). He said he would be there in an hour so we had to wait. Oh, and no key for our door, hair dryer didn’t work, coffee pod and no cream nor sugar. Not a great experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Arrivé a 15h30, la chambre n'était pas prête malgré le check-in de 14h. Jai donc pris une bière en attendant ma chambre. Il y avait aissi 2 couples qui attendaient de faire leur chek-in. Il y avait dans la salle a manger des bibittes a fruit. Petites bestioles fatiguantes qui volaient au dessus des tables. Jai décidé daller souper ailleurs. Enfin, il y a une odeur de je ne sais quoi. Quelque chose de moisie, je ne sais pas. Un fond dair bizarre.Pourtant l'endroit est tres beau. Lauberge est simple et la vue sur le fjord est sublime. Mais lorsqu'on entre dans ce lieu il y a une ompression de suspiscion. Une drole dambiance.

This was a lovely place with a magnificent view of the fjord. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The breakfast at the Auberge was delicious too! We will definitely stay there again if we travel to that area.
