The most amazing host- he helped , when brother needed the most: allowed to stay for a night following the missed flight despite the late booking .Offered him a coffee,looked after him,made some sandwiches for the journey next morning ,gave him a lift to the airport.Nowadays it's hard to meet people who not only care about the business ,but are also helpful, nice human beings with the big heart.Many ,many thanks.Regarding the facilities everything was just perfect: location,room ,bed ......

We had a lovely stay at Pazinos and beside the room in a historic cretan house, we appreciated the beautiful terrace, the folklore museum, the food and the hospitality!

The hospitality was fantastic. Comfortable room.The 16th century heritage site is a hidden treasure, very close, 3km to the airport.

The early morning taxi, kindly arranged by the host, was overpriced.

This was a most special stay. It is the true Cretan experience. Our rooms were inside a complex and beautiful space built in 16th century. We had everything we needed in a clean, unique, and beautiful-space. Our host was warm, gracious, and most importantly engaging. We left this stay with more than a tourists memories of Greece. We felt we'd made a new friend.

The 17th century hobbit type houses were great. Comfortable and air conditioned throughout. Nice reception/restaurant and the owner was very jokative and friendly. The location was convenient as it was literally next to the airport but you need a car to get anywhere.

It was not clear if our stay included breakfast, especially as we didn't see a menu and the owner gave us the impression it was on the house, until I checked out and got landed with a 70 euro bill. Some of that was because we arrived after midnight but all the hotels seem to charge extra for that.

Very near airport. Great location. Dmitris was so helpful and hospitable, although we arrived after midnight, due to late airplane. Very amenable about timing of breakfast. He had a great sense of humour and was exceptionally helpful.

Amazing Cretan hospitality, the owner greeted us late at night with drinks after a long flight and was so friendly with the children

Dimitris was a superb host. We arrrived late from the airport and Dimitris kindly prepared us some food despite the restaurant being shut. He was very attentive to our needs and dropped us back at the airport so that we could collect our rental car the following morning. Overall very good value for money and well located close to Chania airport.

Bathroom and kitchen facilities basic which might have been an issue had a longer stay been planned.
