"Avoid at all costs! Pictures not accurate!"

Nothing!

The room we got had nothing to with the pictures advertised on booking. It was old, run down, not clean, moldy and the list could go on! The price of 500 eur a night is not justified! We tried everything with the property and booking to find a consensus but we were met with an extreme arrogance! We had our child with us and it was all just unacceptable ruining our trip and we lost the whole day due to the incompetence and indifference! Avoid eat all costs!

"Beautiful boutique hotel in a fabulous location"

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Christina and Sofia were wonderful hosts and our room was beautiful. The bed was a little firm for our liking but we had everything we needed and more. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in desenzano

"We felt like royalty 🫅🏻 👸🏼"

Tremendous attention to detail in EVERY aspect. Beautifully restored old property which kept its character. We were in the Princiipessa suite right at the top so, many flights of stairs with a dog and heavy luggage. Fabulous little patio off the large master bedroom at the top level and a lounge / dining room on the level below with a few stairs down to the dressing room and bathroom. Everything exquisitely furnished and styled.

Toilet was off the dressing room so a travel downstairs from the bedroom. The freestanding bath in the master is beautiful but almost no hot water pressure so it took an age to fill.

"A beautiful, romantic and very elegant stay a place we would happily return to again."

Our stay at this property was truly a special experience. The interior is absolutely beautiful, very elegant and full of carefully selected details that create a warm and luxurious atmosphere. We especially loved the rustic wooden elements, the romantic bathroom with the bathtub, and the beautifully decorated bedroom. Everything is designed with great taste and attention to detail. The breakfast was wonderfully served and the whole place feels like a charming luxury boutique hotel. We felt very special during our stay and we would definitely love to come back again.

Honestly, we had no complaints. Everything was excellent and even exceeded our expectations
