Ho viaggiato per anni ...e ho provato strutture in tutto il mondo ( fidatevi ) , ma antica dimora è come andare in paradiso ...mai vista un attenzione maniacale per i dettagli...stanze pulitissime , staff incredibile....vorrei trovare un punto dolente ...ma è impossibile , si può definire la vacanza perfetta

This hotel is just amazing! We were blown away when we were shown to our room by Christina as it really was a dream! One of the nicest places we have ever stayed! Breakfast was also beautiful and we were treated like royalty!

Стильный интерьер, чисто, расположение

Завтрак, это не шведский стол и не меню …по сути выбора у вас нет. Всегда было ощущение, что мы должны есть, то что дают… В номере люкс в душе не работала горячая вода. Кондиционер включить и выключить надо просить на ресепшен …максимально не удобно! В отеле всегда один человек и на ресепшен, и кофе делает, в соседнее кафе за яичницей ходит …соответсвенно , ее сложно найти .

Персонал на ресепшен не слышит запросов клиента! Уточнили, можно ли бесплатно застелить имеющуюся в номере кровать для ребенка, нам ответили, что бронирование для 2 человек, и подумают. К вечеру кровать была застлана. Мы подумали бонус от отеля, с радостью приняли его! В итоге заплатили 240 евро. При переселении на 4 ночь в другой номер, нам уточнили нужна ли кровать? Мы ответили NO! Но к вечеру она опять была застлана! И с нас хотели сново взять деньги! Тк мы ей не пользовались, нам удалось отвоевать свою позицию ! Завтрак однотипный , круассан, йогурт, и скрэмбл или яичница, которую вам принесут с соседнего кафе! Лифта нет, с чемоданами тяжеловато! С коляской неудобно, в двери стандартная не проходит, надо складывать и оставлять особо негде! Кондиционер включение / выключение надо спускаться на ресепшен просить! Не удобно ! В отеле из персонала все 4 дня только одну женщину наблюдали …тяжело ее найти !
