Everything.The room was very comfortable, plenty of storage,microwave etc. The location was great with a lovely view to look out to the Downs and the sea.

Nothing, we enjoyed it all.

Location, friendly staff, fab view of sea front room, seconds from fab restaurants and Babbacombe Theatre - just great - parking at the back £10 for 24 hours! Just great

The property has a pub downstairs but you are totally separate so not really an issue. I’d say pop in a carton of fresh milk and ensure tea bags are fresh as tasted awful!
