Location is perfect for Babbacomb Theatre. Lovely view. Friendly pub atmosphere. Good pub grub. Brilliant staff. Cracking view from the sea view room. Fridge in room is great. (Brilliant Breakfast at Angels next door)

The location near the Theatre.

No parking, no breakfast, closed early on sat night. Room was cold. No instructions on where to put keys on checkout so left in the door. Not worth the over hundred pounds for 1 night.

"A really good stay"

The Buccaneer Inn is in a prime location overlooking the sea and situated only a few yards from the Babbacombe Theatre which was the reason for our visit at this time of year. We stayed on the night when "Storm Bert" was at its most ferocious, but felt warm, comfortable and safe in the room we were allocated. The view from the window was amazing. The bed was comfortable (and didn't have one of those annoying throws on it which most hotels seem to think is necessary - I don't!). The bathroom was large and clean and had lots of nice toiletries available. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our evening meal was very good. Although there is no breakfast provided, the room had a kettle, toaster and microwave. Parking is available in a public car park right behind the Inn which cost £10.55 for 24 hours. Unfortunately, the weather was too bad to explore the area properly, but we will definitely return during the spring or summer.

"Perfect Stay!"

I recently stayed at The Buccaneer Inn on Friday, November 1st, and had a delightful experience. The spacious room features a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and ample toiletries. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the stunning views added to the charm. Debbie's warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The inn's location is convenient, being close to Babbacombe Theatre. While breakfast isn't served on-site, Angels Tea Rooms next door offers a perfect morning meal. I highly recommend The Buccaneer Inn for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

"Would stay again but ensure it was a room at the front of the building"

Location was amazing, very central. staff were lovely helpful and informative comfy bed

Room was on the dark side mainly due to an extra large extractor funnel taking up a large portion of the window and ceiling light not working. Mirror in bathroom was too high could not do make up or put in contact lens
