Very nice and good staff

Very easy access to the city

в центре города, рядом площадь Астана, супермаркет, кафешки. номер чистый, админ вежливый, в номере халаты,полотенца, моющие все есть. цена отличная для условий и месторасположения

чуть темновато , именно над столом нехватает освящения

В первой комнате было очень холодно, но на второй день мы переехали в другую комнату с 2 батареями. Там было тепло

I stayed in a single room for 5 nights. Great location: on the main street with the short distance to Astana Square, MiG exchange office and Panfilov park. Room: could be tight if you carry more than one piece of checked luggage, otherwise everything was fine. Warm enough. Comfortable bed and pillow, shower working fine. Breakfast: Decent but enough. You have few options on the menu (I would always choose omlette and didn’t regret it). You also get a tea or coffee. Service was fast and dining area very nice.

Staff didn’t speak English much, but that’s the situation like in the whole city everywhere you go. So prepare some basic Russian phrases in case you need some assistance other than standard ones. Even though they couldn’t speak it, they did their best to meet my needs.

central location not far from subway near many tourist attractions, also many restaurants and markets around and even so is very quietly by night

the place put many rules and you feel nervous even if you spill coke in a towel, serious. I said coke, a drink, they complain about a spot. take it easy!
