"Perfect hotel for November stay in Almaty"

The lady at reception was amazing, helped us in exploring places, speak english. the room was heated room so no issue with cold temp of november. Indian resturant at walking distance, breakfast was good, everhthing was good , just opposite to mall so you can bring things easily. next to bus stop if you travel by bus.

The location is central

They do not have tea cofee sachet in the room. No water provided. I had to go out and buy myself the things. There is no telephone in the room. The breakfast was fine- but very few basic choices and no assortment like buffet system
