USA large expansive room, and the amenities were nice. The shower was strong, but the towels were meh
At midnight, there was some kind of "parade" that came through the walls. It wasn't quiet and blasting sounds, like music. I could not sleep until after midnight. Also, the host had to be called, which was not a significant problem, but we had arranged a "late" check-in time of 6 p.m. (beyond their business hours). It was not a big deal, but we were unable to get to our room for 15 minutes.
USUSGood location. Easy walk to the historic center and restaurants but far enough to be quiet. The facilities garden area was a nice place to sit and visit. Also enjoyed being across the street from the Sea.

The place was a bit surreal. We arrived at 16:30 and nobody was at the reception. Apparently we were the only guests. Luckily someone left the gate open and we could see a phone number scribbled on the back door of the reception. When I called, a lady came quickly. Apparently they had no desire to rent rooms to the occasional drive-by guests. The hotel offered nothing beside the room. No breakfast room. The casita we rented for 180€ could use a major upgrade and was run down even by Mexican standards.

It was a little noisy as we were there on the weekend and the yurt was a tent so thin walls. We enjoyed the celebrations of people driving around the malecon with music blaring but by the 2nd day at 3:30 am we were over it. It wasn't constant just the odd person driving by. I'm sure the rooms were quieter.
