Great location, very friendly host, big clean room, drinking water available. Good WiFi and Netflix.

Arturo went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay, including picking us up from the airport late at night himself. The room was clean, comfortable, in a great location and with daily housekeeping. If we come back to Guanajuato i would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend

Honestly nothing. It had everything we needed

The hotel manager was as nice as can be. He spoke English well and was VERY helpful; even helped me buy a bus ticket when I couldn't get an access code using my credit card - saved the day! I had a room on the top floor and it was huge. It wasn't high end, but VERY nice. And what's especially great about this place, it is very near the central area (less than 2 minutes walking) but far enough away from the lively activities, so super quiet for sleeping. Don't hesitate to book this place.

No air conditioning, BUT I had a large fan and it was quiet enough to keep windows open at night.

Very clean and big room, attentive staff that helped us to manage the parking (extra cost as mentioned in the description, but fair price and safe place) and explained us how to get to the hotel. The location is great, very easy access (2 minute walk) to the city center area, from the less crowded side.

Staff still needs to gain more experience to feel more professional as a hotel. I'd recommend making some of those "do not disturb/please clean the room" signs so the staff doesn't have to knock on each room to find out if the guests want the room serviced or not. We were once woken up due to this, which was unpleasant. Staff was always nice and respectful though.

Having my money partially refunded

Like so many booking.com listings these days, this is not a hotel. It's an apartment with a tiny window that gets the loud noise from the apartment next to it. So if you don't want that you can close the window and effectively be in a nicely furnished cell. Despite what it said in my booking there was no balcony in the room. If you went into the hallway you could step out on a tiny platform hardly big enough for one person, for a view of the dirty roof next door. When I complained about these things I got some grief from the property owner, essentially telling me to suck it up. Fortunately whoever manages the place for him has better business sense and we agreed to a partial refund. The guy on site was also helpful in this difficult situation. I blame myself for continuing to believe a word booking.com says or the mystifying reviews people leave here. Like Rome2Rio, it's best to use the site as a rough guide and confirm the truth on the ground whenever possible.

Great,great location, some loud customers late at night were an annoying.

We loved the whole room from the time work to the very comfy king sized bed. The bathroom was very spacious. The location is amazing!!!! 5 min walk from the center of Guanajuato. A perfect stay. Also we were given so many great recommendations for food. It was crazy how good what the food that was!!! Every place we tried in the list was delicious and a great price
