Clean, breakfast okay, cheap, motivated staff also organized transportation to the airport.

Window only to the floor, really small, communication was not easy, booked double room and got two bed room instead. And nothing the accomodation is responsible for: Semporna is ugly, do not stay here. Power blackout from 9 am to 7 pm (happens often).

The price per quality ratio is absolutely amazing. We stayed there 4 nights. Staff is super friendly, rooms are pretty small but with all comforts. Breakfast is great with sweet / salty choices, fresh donuts, fruits, cereals, juices etc. but far away from the jettys but you can take a Grab for 10RM or less to go to semporna centre (better stay away from the traffic and bad smells of jetties area).

Located 3km from Semporna in a shop lots. Clean room and great facilities for Travellers looking for a place to stay before moving to the islands Great staffs, friendly and always eager to help Will definitely go back

the area is nice and is away from the tourist scene but it is about 3 km out of town so need to take a Grab

The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety, particularly the local dish. Locationwise it was okay, manageable. What we like too it is located among shops, many restaurants closeby, next door was a cafe where we spent our afternoon tea.

We have no issue with this hotel. All was fine.
