"Good place to stay before leaving semporna"

Good cheap clean comfortable place for an overnight before heading out to sipadan

The area around it isn’t very nice. Lots of sad looking stray dogs, don’t want to be out after dark, but fine for an early morning departure

Excellent value for money . Very clean. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Cute “house “ cats.

None. Although guests should note that the property is a 10minute cat ride from the jetty which most day trips would depart from.

"We came to Semporna to enjoy the surrounding islands; very enjoyable and memorable."

Breakfast is great. We have no issue whatsoever. The property is new within a new development area with plenty of restaurants around. Other conveniences include a supermarket and two launderettes. It is only a short drive to the waterfront where the seafood restaurants are, and also where the boat jetties are located. Parking is just outside the front door. Everything is convenient.
