NGS Hotel

Near the Kuantan river/benteng. Have 7E and KK mart beside it, easy to buy food or something. Got food court at behind the hotel, near river. View is very nice and good for money.

Just toilet got a little bit smelly, eventhou alrdy spray perfume, but the smell is still coming inside it. Maybe due to outside smelly entering through toilet window.

staff baik.tolong simpan parking dekat hotel.sebab situ parking terhad.

The staff ladies were very friendly. Especially the house keeping lady. Location of the hotel was really great. Opposite you find streetart, the Menara 188, a convenience store on the corner, mosque 7 mins walk. The towels were clean, water pressure ok. You get two complimentary bottles of water. Take a room away from the street to avoid noise. Room rate was quite ok if you share. Wifi worked well.

Improvement ideas: Shower was leaking. Windows didn't lock too well so you could hear rain heavily dripping on the A/Cs outside and traffic. Smoking is granted inside the room. and no non smoking room was available. In general the stay was ok and I slept very well.
