able to make last minute accomodations and able to pay with card with out booking. This booking was made due to emergency due my university campus accomodation not being opened yet and this way a great layover. i usually bring a printed booking but this was an unexpected improvisation. Thank you to front desk to being accomodating to the situation. Will recommend NGS to friends visiting Kuantan.

Location extremely near to the tower 118 and other viral landmarks and cafe. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.

It's a budget hotel, room filled with the smell of cigarettes. The lighting of both the room and the bathroom were very dim. Bed sheets and towels seem to be used multiple times although being washed, they had stains and rugged felt like. We checked out 30 minutes later since there were cockroaches on the floor
