Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The place is clean and the facilities are good. This place was very good value for money if you are looking to do the island tours and don’t want to pay resort prices. The day trips can be done from here as it is close to the jetty. The room was clean and spacious and having access to the washing machine was really useful.

The location itself is pretty sketchy, but the whole of Semporna town is so this is not just Ang Lee.

"Lovely clean hotel in very central Semporna"

Spacious and well equipped rooms, lovely design details, very good location, water refill station, beautiful and unique souvenirs

Minor things which is not really a big issue- no hand soap ( shower gel compensates for it), stairs with no lift which can he considered for disabled or families traveling with small kids/stroller
