"Poor"

Our room was smelly and with fungus on the wall. The clothes we whore while being in the room smelled bad afterwards as well. We couldn’t get the smell out and had to threw them away

"Perfect for backpackers and budgetarians"

Owner is very nice and helpful, the concern is there and honesty. I appreciate this place so much. Near the airport. Location is almost in between Airport and Alona.

This place is perfect for backpackers, but not for family.

"Good value for money"

The owner was really lovely, and the outside space makes for social interactions even though in a private room. Kitchen is functional and lots of spice choices. Bed and room was comfortable and spacious, air con was working Although it is a 20 minute walk from beach and community of restaurants there is still places to eat in walking distance and the walk is no trouble or constant tricycles up and down for only 50 pesos, nice to be out of strip as it can get loud and people out all night

"Convenient location (close to the airport) & great value for my money."

The garden lounge with free coffee was a nice touch. The room had a mini ref, a safe, a clothes rack with hangers, a hat/coat rack, 2 chairs, & a small table. The bed was spacious. The aircon, mini ref, & shower heater worked well.

The driveway up to the property isn't good at all for vehicles like sedans. The mini ref shelves were a little rusty.
