Everything was great, bogs and Mike the dog are so accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. room was fine, good air con, wifi and shower. Full minibar 😊 nice area to sit outside your room and have a coffee etc

location is a bit far from the beach if you don’t ride a scooter, lots of taxis driving past to flag down though, you can also rent a scooter from Bogs, which we did for a great price.

Worst place we have stayed in south east asia and we have been travelling 6 months… 1. the room is damp and has mould therefore the smell in the room is absolutely disgusting. i slept with a face mask on as they would not refund our stay or change our room. 2. the bathroom smell was so bad i didn’t use it during the stay. my partner used the shower once which only had cold water. we kept the door closed and had to brush our teeth outside of the room. 3. there is a dog who is constantly tied up at the property. he is sad and cried everytime you arrive at the property. animal abuse, we complained about this at the time and he was moved from one post of the property to another. Dog mess was all over the communal areas and grass which was absolutely disgusting, the staff were not cleaning this up. at night it is very dark arriving at the property so it could easily be stepped in and again caused a smell so you couldn’t even sit outside the room. 4. the owner was never there and the ‘staff’ that were left to run the place were useless. we asked for a towel over message, we returned to the room no new towel had been placed there, which is fine. we asked the staff in person this time, they just walked off… we asked again and had to wait 30 minutes to then be presented with 2 dirty towels!! disgusting. the guests in the room next to us said they had also asked for towels and had been waiting an hour. the staff never did anything, the bin in our room was never changed, sheets never changed, towels never changed yet we know staff went into our room as a random chair had been put in there??? for a 4 night stay bins at the bare minimum should be changed.

Really peacefull location just only 2 kilo from Alona Beach there a few small local shops 3 minute walk that sell food from 7am owner bogs has motorbikes for rent great to visit the waterfalls or chocolate hills I stayed for 2 weeks enjoyed every day

Showers Iare cold but I didn't mind that as it's pretty hot out side the aircon unit was a little loud again nothing bad

Great host, clean and comfortable room, communal chill area with refillable water and kettle. Was perfect for us, thank you!

No breakfast was offered, only Coffee. A quiet place, good to relax... They offered Scooter for rent !

Good value for money, I will come back !
