Duli Beach Resort

The location was like a dream come true. 24/7 ocean sounds which were so calming, views of the ocean, morning walks on soft sand, swimming all day, surf lessons. Peace and quiet because there are only 6 cabins at the accommodation. And no other hotels on the beach. The bed was super comfortable. The room was very spacious and having a private balcony was wonderful. It is very laid back. While there are warnings about stingers in the ocean, this beach is very safe and so we could fully relax. The local surf crew were super chill and friendly. We had massages every day too. Fun time. I will go back again!

The breakfast was very basic. Rice with one fried egg/scrambled egg, or rice with 2 small sausages. No flair or flavour or interest. Nothing fun on the menu. But healthy. There are sandflies galore. The rooms are all very close to each other, 2 very close to the restaurant.

Could be warm water but totally understand the reasons why it’s not :)

If you love surfing, waves and contact with nature like under a serac, in peace from the city noise, then this is the place for you. A piece of paradise just for yourself, very nice staff and great service, good breakfast.

no data signal, wifi and electricity are turned off, accommodation only works on a mobile generator, there are situations like weather changes when you have to deal with rebooking flights, etc. ... then you will miss wifi a lot. If you arrive during a period when it is humid (late October-November), your bedding will also be damp, your phone will be damp, etc. ... that is not very pleasant ... sockets are not available, you will not be able to put repellent in the socket, or the kettle, fridge, etc. ... with big waves there is such a noise that you cannot sleep, there are only screens in the windows without windows.The road to the resort is through mud, not even a car can pass, you have to find your own way.

Nous avons apprécié l'hébergement les pieds dans l'eau juste sur la plage de surf. Ideal pour les débutants que nous étions ! les moniteurs de surf sont très sympas et à l'écoute je recommande les lecons :) L'hotel a beaucoup de charme, il donne sur une très belle plage. Les bungalow sont nichés dans la nature ; ils sont simples mais fonctionnels. Le personnel est adorable et disponible. Le restaurant est très bon.

Pellicule d'humidité sur les draps et dans l'ensemble du bungalow en raison des pluies régulières et des portes et fenêtres en moustiquaires. les coussins sont trop épais pour dormir. Attention aux bruits des vagues, c'est assez fort, on a parfois du mal à dormir la première nuit...

Die Bungalows waren sehr schön. Sie liegen direkt am Duli Beach, der noch sehr ursprünglich ist. Man sollte aber wissen, dass es von El Nido gute 50 Minuten entfernt ist und es dort sonst nicht viel gibt. Dafür einen sehr schönen Strand und Ruhe.

Das Personal braucht dringend Training. Ich habe mich manchmal als Gast mehr als Störfaktor gefühlt. Bsp. Das Essen wurde auf den Tisch gestellt ohne ein Wort oder Lächeln und sich dann umgedreht. Wenn man noch was bestellen wollte, war die Dame schon weg. Also aufgestanden, zur Bar und was bestellt. Nach der ersten Frage/Bitte, hatte sich die Angestellte schon wieder umgedreht, also wieder auf sich aufmerksam gemacht, dass man noch was weiteres bestellen möchte. Nebenbei durch andere Gäste entdeckt, dass es Trinkwasser umsonst gab. Wurde einem nicht bei der Ankunft gesagt. Auch sonst wurde nichts proaktiv gemacht. Am Schluss von Gästen erfahren, dass man beim Schnorcheln ein Wrack sehen kann und es ein Schildkröten-Projekt gibt. Ich denke, sie könnten abends auch wesentlich mehr Getränke verkaufen, wenn sie die Gäste auch mal ansprechen würden.
