The staff are very friendly. Large space. Large refrigerator. Electric kettle. Couch. Repaired our shower quickly when it was broken. Drying rack for clothing. Good a/c. Good ceiling fan and upright fan. Gave free day of snorkel gear rental for 2 people to compensate for non-functioning shower in adjacent room my dad was staying in (see previous review).

Toilet doesn't flush well with handle...filled bucket to flush. Bottom shelf of refrigerator broken. No coffee table as pictured in listing. No mugs with handles for hot beverages. No coffee supplies provided. No self-filling station for drinking water (but staff would fill for us during business hours). Definitely older and a bit more run-down than pictured in listing.

The location was good for snorkeling and restaurants.

The shower didn't work from the time we arrived until the time we left, despite speaking with the staff and having maintenance by multiple times. We only had either freezing or scalding water, never anything in between, and ended up using the cold water from the bidet at the same time as the scalding water from the shower to have any semblance of a 'normal' shower. On our final morning the hotel ran out of shower water and we had to go down to the office to get drinking water in our bottles to bathe with.

第一天晚上没有水可以用，不能洗澡，前台的女孩给我们提了一桶热水，浴室的水龙头坏了，每天都在漏水，门锁是坏的，需要很费力才能锁上，房间除了位置靠近潜店，其他都很差，设施非常老，床也特别不舒服，希望整个楼可以推倒重建
