Rock Inn Bailan

One of the best stays i have had the experience to stay in. It feels like you are in forest surrounded by trees and beautiful garden. Definitely a good stay for solo female travelers.

The guesthouse is great, feels like being in the jungle, lots of birds around, flowers ,cats and dogs. Beautiful and unique rooms with fans, loved the screens in the windows, lets the fresh air come in at night. Very calm and cozy. I would go back anytime!!!

Our stay at Rock Inn was our favourite place we stayed in Thailand, the owners are very friendly and truly make this place a home! They have beautiful gardens all around that they take a lot of care over, and sweet tempered cats and small dogs that gave us lots of hugs! The room was our own little tree house with very clean bathroom downstairs and bedroom and terrace seat upstairs, with just enough room to roll out a yoga mat! Exceptional value for such a lovely space

Gerhard and his wife are the most caring and friendly people. Value for money is excellent. Gerhard is one of the few foreigners living in Asia who doesn't pretend to know everything and still has thousand of tips. Stayed longer and got an upgrade for the last night to the same price as my hut wasn't available any more. Rents scooters of high quality.

Nothing to do with the place but you're in the nature so be prepared for some mosquitoes

Charming little hut, the "bungalow" involved going up a tight set of ladders to the bedroom, with the bathroom downstairs. Nice little outside area to relax in. It was clean, with hot water The nearby beach is great for a swim, particularly for little ones as it's shallow a long way out and is sheltered from much of the waves. The bars on it are expensive though, so take a beer down with you

It's on the road, so not as in the jungle as I expected. The bathroom seemed to attract mosquitoes. And the owner isn't the most outwardly friendly person, which means everyone avoids the common area.
