We would have liked to have eaten in their reataurant, but the place she reccomended us to eat at was exceptional. Teverne da Matilde.

Beautiful medieval town . Charming house , clean and nice staff.

Lovely location by the Castelo, and the room was very clean.

The facilities are bare minimum - the room didnt have working heating so I was given a little electric heater. The room keys to get in and out were extremely complicated and the breakfast was some biscuits in a jar and a coffee machine, not really a breakfast.

The historic property was charming and beautiful with amazing views.

Arriving late afternoon, as it was getting dark, it was difficult to find our way to the parking and check-in area.

The wonderful hill top location. The snack bar in the attic and the good food in the attached restaurant.

Excellent location near the Castle with fantastic views. Even though our booking stated it was room only, a member if staff took us to the room and then showed us to an area where we could help ourselves to Coffee, Cereals, cold drinks, yoghurt, bread , cheese spread, water etc etc. The meal in the restaurant at night was great value and fantastic quality. Enjoyed the quaint little bar next door and all in all a great stay.

Nothing really. If I was forced to make a criticism I'd say the shower cubicle was a bit small. But I'm a big bloke so this happens quite often
