A very nice, warm and comfortable stay. Very clean and comfortable large bed.

The shower was a little underwhelming, the slate floor was freezing under you bare feet and just collected excess water from the shower. We put towels down to soak up most of the water. The overhead shower head was great, the handheld shower head was awful - no power at all.

Lovely room. Good food.

Unfortunately the room was cold when we arrived. Would have been nice to have entered a room that was heated ready for guest arrival. Especially given the snowy weather conditions.

"Perfect"

The breakfast and evening meal was of a very high standard. We have stayed before the staff are helpful and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable

We may have been the room nearest to the kitchen I am a light sleeper so I was woken by the breakfast staff coming in
