住宿地點就在伊達邵停車場的正對面，離老街就近、非常方便，老老闆很熱心幫忙引導停車(因為車位有限)以及尋找需要的修車資源。幾乎一通電話連絡老闆，他馬上就會幫忙處理問題。二館很新，有寬廣的大廳和乾淨的整體環境；房間的浴缸蠻大的。

吃早餐的地點連續兩天在不一樣的地方，不過門口有高爾夫球車接送；早餐只到九點，食物內容包含白飯、稀飯搭配一些中式炒菜和醬菜，吐司配果醬，飲料則共三種----很難喝的檸檬紅茶、冰豆漿以及僅供應美式咖啡(但沒有熱水)的咖啡機。房間真的蠻小、格局奇怪(浴室的鏡子在洗手台側面、浴室門邊有密封條但難開關也無法上鎖、浴廁的輕隔間會擋到浴室窗簾下降)，家具十分簡單(臥室裡類似抽屜的櫃子都只是造型而無功能)，名為休閒飯店、但其實算是民宿。另外，明顯可見服務人員偏少，有時候大廳會空無一人(但桌面有立牌告知老闆的電話)。
