環境整潔度還不錯

網站訂的兩個一樣的房型（都是浴池），到了卻被告知是不一樣的（一間是浴池、一間是浴缸）但價錢竟然還是算一樣的！ 有詢問櫃檯人員是否可以換像訂單一樣的兩間都是浴池的房型，櫃檯人員卻說客滿無法換！ 兩間房價不同，這樣應該要退差價給我們才合理！
