清潔: 第一二天(連兩天)的床單有髒汙，要求再次更換床單後的第三天就無污漬，但開始有蟑螂。 房間安全性: Check-in時，房門沒鎖。房門沒有多一道門鎖　（只有門外的電子鎖）。外出時，須繳回門卡，即使住房時間是多數日　（應有清潔的安全機制，即清潔人員應有他們固定用的門卡，以便管理部門辨識管控房客私物的安全，如在客人有疑慮時；而非要求房客繳回門卡以供清潔人員使用。）
