It is good place to stay, comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was fine as well.

Strange glass doors, so it is always some light in the room.

Very friendly staff, keen to help with transportation around the city and between the cities. They went above and beyond accommodating me at the property since I moved in very early in the morning. The lux room was very good and suitable for relaxing, and entertainment after a long and busy day. The breakfast and dining selection was delicious, just like home!

As I am somehow sensitive to smells, the bedding smelled of alcohol slightly, I would not be surprised if after people spill their drinks that could be hard to be removed. The washlet to my tiny disappointment did not work but I could not be bothered to ask the staff about that.

the staff went above and beyond to communicate with us even though we didn’t understand any Russian. we felt really welcome.
