Right in the city centre. Received extensive explanation by e-mail

My room (nr 1) was next to the front door and very noisy.

We truly loved our stay here. We stayed 5 nights and used it as a hub to explore Luneburg and a few other places. Right next to a bus line that takes you to the main train station and anywhere in Luneburg, but everything you needed to see or do was a short walk. SUPER comfortable beds, very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and the room was large with a table, dresser and comfy sofa. Bonus is it was right next to a grocery store. Staff was friendly. The shared showers were great because they were actually private shower rooms with toilets and mirrors on each floor. Our floor had two other rooms, and we found it available to use whenever we wanted. If it happened to be in use (which wasn’t our experience) there was another one down stairs. We stayed in an upstairs double room which was quite a night and we slept amazing. Plus, the price point was awesome. Fast WiFi too. Highly recommend - the best budget accommodation we could ever ask for.

We figured it out, but better english instructions on the free washer and dryer would have been good. There were instructions, but overly simplified for the amount of nobs on the machine. Honestly, not even a big deal and they would have happily helped if we texted them. More of a note for the staff for future guests.

Easy check in. All was clean. Small water bottle along with a instant coffee sachet and small kettle was provided in the room, as well a complementary sweets (lovely attention to detail, makes you feel welcome). The kitchen had most amenities, and was clean and very accessible.

Bed was very soft and a bit "rounded" from previous use, can cause backpain. The lock on the door was old, and the door had a rather large gap underneath, allowing for smells from the neighboring bathroom to come in at times. There was no pot in the kitchen.

Nice place to stay, really well prepared (kitchen with all necessary equipments), washing machine was a plus. The bathroom and common areas were cleaning. The location was also really great, near to the city centre with a lot of restaurants and a supermarket reachable in a 2 minutes walking
