Cozy Studio next to San Diego DT and Balboa Park

Convenient location to a lot of places within the area.

I didn't like how loud the airplanes were during the stay

The size was great

The property is not well kept/maintained. This is the second studio I’ve stayed in at this location both had issues like broken soap dispensers that leaked the entire time i was there. Sliding balcony doors that didn’t open. Homeless are all over this area. These studios have potential to be amazing but it seems they are not taken care of

The interior was really nice and up to date, wish the tvs were bigger but that was really the only problem

Clean facilities, good location

Lovely little flat - very clean. Location very central but there were a lot of homeless people around which made me feel vulnerable as a female traveling solo with 2 kids.

The blind on the window and on the sliding door was broken which meant that I couldn't close the blinds at night and had the light streaming in. I told them about this and they failed to fix this.

staff exceptionally friendly and responsive.

TV and heat system had no instructions.
