Cozy Studio next to San Diego DT and Balboa Park

Overall great location if your trip to San Diego is centered around Balboa Park! A 10-minute drive to the park and there is a CVS right across the street from the building for any last-minute things needed Owners were quite helpful with the instructions on how to enter the building and were helpful when looking to purchase a parking pass Spacious room with a balcony, mini fridge, and microwave There was a bar/grill right around the corner of the building, which is also a huge plus!

Parking on the street was a bit sketchy but you are able to pay for a daily parking pass upon request (worth it in my opinion as there were a lot of homeless people surrounding the building as a result of being so close to the park) Planes constantly flew over the building but the owners did provide ear plugs in the room!

The place located in a good area, near the park. The apartment is quiet,although the landing plains are frequently heard, outside of the apartment. The apartment has a frizzer, microwace, toaster, air conditioner everything you might need to feel comfortable. The bad is hard and great for a great night sleep. There is planty of parking around the area, but all of them are paid. Although, you can park alongside the park free of charge.

No elevator, climbing to 2nd floor with 4 suitcases is a small change.

Very clean

Cleanliness and modern new interior. The manager was very nice.

We were a bit nervous about parking on the street with so much pedestrian traffic late night.
