Great location outside entrance to RMNP. VERY CLEAN and stocked with essentials for eating in. Enjoyed the table and chairs on the patio

Bed was comfortable. I don’t like carpet in hotels so hard floors would have been better. Otherwise everything was very clean.

Absolutely beautiful house with lovely views and comfortable rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place was clean. Great location, too. We enjoyed using the hot tub at night. One little problem was a vibrating noise coming from below the house that was particularly annoying for the person using the Murphy bed in the living room.

The location is great, close to RMNP. Room is quiet and clean.

The Inn accepted our paid reservation in December for sunbeam double queen for Aug 1-4. Later they changed our reservation to only Aug 5-6 even though communication through Booking.com clearly stated by them that our request for change was declined. We were able to stay in a different room with helpful staff for two of the night. After some negotiation, we were able to get some refund. However, we were charged for the updated price as if we reserved on the date of checking-in. The difference is over $100. Given that the Inn profits from giving our room away, making us paying extra is unreasonable. A long-time patron told us the management was the best before it was taken over by the current corporation.

After a great first day in RMNP, we checked into our lovely room with a stunning mountain view. Online check-in and the entry code were super easy. We had a great night's sleep on the comfortable king size bed. When we got up the next morning, there was no water! We went in search of someone to help but there is no employee on site. We called the emergency number listed in the email, and waited on hold without ever talking to a person. We had a timed entry for RMNP, so we left to go to the park. We decided if there was no water when we got back, we would leave and find another place to stay. When we got back to our room, the water was working again, so we decided to stay. When we got up the second morning, there was no water again!! We checked out. I requested a refund from Wildwood Inn, but they said that because we booked through Expedia (actually Hotels.com) the hotel was unable to give us a refund. They advised me to contact Expedia. I have been trying, without success, to request a refund from Hotels.com. This has been a disaster!

Loved the location to Estes Park and RMNP. I would highly recommend this to others.

It was fine. We thought we would have a balcony but instead it was a ground level patio so that was unfortunate. The hot tub above us dripped water constantly and the plumbing above sounded like a waterfall every time someone flushed. Early check-in or late check out is $75 and that only gets you an extra hour. Their website clearly states that they offer breakfast but they don’t. This was one of the reasons that we selected this place so we were disappointed. Luckily we picked a unit with a full kitchen so we were okay. There was no offer to make it right. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you could need so that part was nice. The rooms are also quite spacious and the view is beautiful. Given how many units there are like this one in the city I don’t know if we would stay here again but it isn’t bad.
