Excellent location for access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Quiet area, great amenities.

Traveled from Utah to be told the day of our reservation that the hot tub in our room didn’t work and they had no rooms to accommodate us. Lots of tears shed over having our trip ruined. No apologies were even given for the inconvenience until AFTER vocalizing frustration.

Clean, though there is an odd smell coming from somewhere. The bathroom is especially nice. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Never could get the TV to work even after they sent the maintenance person there. I saw a response to a review from almost a year ago that they would be working on the TV issue. Guess not. You have to dispose of your own trash according to a small sign on the refrigerator. And there is a recycling bin in the room but nowhere to dump the recycling on the property. There is no front desk, but they do respond promptly to text messages.

Wildwood Inn is in a beautiful location. It was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there.

Extremely cumbersome check in process. They will send you a link via email to check in so you will have to keep an eye out. If you are without network in this area, it will be very hard for you to check in and receive codes to the room. After a long day of driving and hiking, I don’t think anybody wants to “figure” this out. Check in should be simple and please have someone at the front desk especially if you are charging that much to the customers Shower was also broken when we entered.

Check in was poor. Did not get check in code until we found someone on the premises who called management.
