Location was perfect for access to beach and parking. Additionally, close to local amenities

Room was very small

Biggest problem was that our reservation did not specify the bed type and on the website they did not show the room that we ended up being placed in, which was very small and the floors very uneven.

very uncomfortable bed, incredibly small room, staff unhelpful on the phone when trying to get the code to enter, poor communication with hotel and booking dot com making the arrival very stressful.

Quaint hotel. Free coffee. Bright room with good a/c and ceiling fan. Clean sheets and bathroom. Excellent shower pressure. Small fridge in room. Close to beach and boardwalk. Easy free street parking. Walkable & safe neighborhoods near canal, green space and beach 1 and 1/2 block away.

TV was poorly positioned on left side of bed. Impossible to watch from bed without neck ache. Small room so very little alternative to comfortably watch tv from bed. We were there 3 nights. No room cleaning or towel change. Although we had fresh coffee, a light breakfast would have been nice. Would stay again. Price is a bit steep but adequate for time of year.

Parking was nearly impossible and frustrating.

Very clean, location was ideal, and rooms were separate from other guest rooms A/C was good.

The sleeping situation! On the ad there was a photo of a pull out bed under a couch and it is advertised as 2 twins and a king: the King sized bed was great. But the two twins were NOT two twins. It was a couch that folded down flat and a very flimsy twin sized mattress propped up in the living room area. Some of our friends were very unhappy to stay on those sleeping arrangements considering the ad showed and claimed two twin BEDS. ALSO THERE ARE NO DOORS BETWEEN LIVING AREA AND BEDROOM so privacy was not ideal.

The location was perfect. Right by the walking bridge to asbury park but also a quick walk to main avenue ocean grove and all the beaches.

Our room was very bare bones. No services ie cleaning. No real effort to make the room social ie reading light by bedside.
