One Bedroom Apartment with Luxurious Furnitures

Comfortable bed and everything we needed to make ourselves at home away from home. We liked the close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops….and of course just across 6th Ave to Balboa Park. We spent a whole day there taking photos and plan to go back to view the museums on our next stay in San Diego…which is in just a few days. Easy place to walk from and we didn’t even bother with a rental car except for our mid-vacation trip to Joshua Tree for hiking.

The Wi-Fi is really fast, and the TV can easily connect with my Nintendo Switch. There is a sofa in front of the TV, so you can play Splatton comfortably. the CVS is just nearby for up to 1 minute.

The location is not good. If you don't have a car, it is difficult to transfer to beaches or attractions. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearby bus stop. Along the way to the bus stop, there are some homeless. For single travelers, it is not a good signal. But if you are traveling with friends or you have a car, these problems may not disturb you.

The whole property was very clean and the staff very friendly. My apartment was large, bright, equipped with every comfort and the bed was very comfortable!

There were many homeless people camping in the area around. They all turned out to be nice people but at the beginning when I had to leave the house to go to work I was a little scared.

The apartment was very clean and the staff on site was extremely nice and helpful. He helped us keep the luggage when we arrived early and moved our luggage to the room as well. The WiFi was good too. Location is pretty central to a lot of tourist attractions.

The location can get a bit shady late at night but it is located pretty centrally near Balboa park, so there's some positives and negatives.

I was never informed earlier there is no elevator and the apartment was on 3 rd floor. Being seniors carrying luggage was very difficult. Booking.Com never mentions these details, this is not the first time, I have had twice this experience.

The apartament was very spacious, it had everything I needed including a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea. The location is right behind Balboa Park, and really accesible to everything. Comfortable bed as well and full TV with streaming services. The staff was very friendly, responsive and always made sure everything was ok during my stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was a bit noisy at certain times, a dog kept barking and you hear people talking. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Shower pressure was good; bed was very comfortable. Basic supplies in kitchenette. Plenty of free street parking. Communication with host prior to stay was good. Clear directions on unit access provided day of booking. Good Wi-Fi. Short drive to San Diego waterfront & easy access to freeway to La Jolla & other areas.

The stairs were grueling. 6 sets of stairs… sorted as 3 but really 6. Stairs to also enter the property. We kept our luggage in our cars; we had luggage for a multi week trip & and only brought in the absolute minimum change of clothes that we needed each day. There was no way we could drag suitcases up all those flights of stairs. (Tip- park on the main road under street lighting. Side streets not safe & for ex. CVS has bars & huge security cameras.) Blinds had broken & missing sections and you could see into the room from the street through the broken sections; CVS light was visible for example; furniture was very dated, obviously bought secondhand and had holes where the pieces used to be connected. Sofa and chairs need to be cleaned. Tiny ironing board and no where to really put it but a very tiny square table. Airplane traffic noise but we were not in the unit much except late in the evening & very early morning.
