One Bedroom Apartment with Luxurious Furnitures

We liked the location of the apartment. It was easy to travel by car or walk to what we wanted to experience in San Diego. We were greeted by the staff immediately upon arrival. They offered to help us carry luggage, and addressed our request for secure parking on the property. They also answered questions about the city that were helpful for us first time visitors. The studio apartment was very clean and included everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. We were happy to have secure entries. We recommend that future renters request secure parking space on the apartment property.

We were disappointed that there wasn’t an elevator in the apartment bldg. Our apartment was located on the 4th floor, making it quite a workout to haul all of our belongings up the stairs. The apartment is located in the path of the airport. We had airplane noise but it subsided during sleeping hours, not bothering us.

there is no elevator and you need to walk-up 3 floors in a narrow staircase, a nightmare if you are carrying big luggage.

This listing says free parking. Actually it’s street parking that’s metered. They charge $20 to park in their structure, and you have to arrange it separately. I had to climb seven short flights of stairs to get to my room. It was a last-minute stayover because of work, and it was a PITA to get up to the room caught my stuff and enter all the codes to get through all the necessary doors. I also was uncomfortable leaving my car parked on the street with expensive equipment inside. The airplane noise did not bother me, but the yelling homeless person was a little annoying.
