The hotel had was very comfortable and relaxing, and our room had a balcony which we loved. Perfect setting to watch the boats and the sea and the sky!

"It was good but could have been better."

Breakfast was good.

When we ordered breakfast the waiter came back 3 times with items you didn't have. That was a little annoying. We didn't feeling the dinning room was prepared for breakfast. Also, when we were eating breakfast 2 woman came in with 2 dogs and sat at the table next to us. We did not appreciate that or thought ut as appropriate. I'm sure it was against the Board of Health regulation. I'm allergic to dogs so I was not happy and my friend ws even more unhappy.

Beautiful waterfront location. The town of Saint Michael’s is extremely charming. The double queen suite is very spacious.

Property feels a bit rundown. For the extremely high cost per night, we just expected a higher level of amenities, room, furnishings, features, etc.. For almost $600 per night, they really need to elevate the interior and provide a more luxurious experience. The setting is really beautiful. But, the hotel really needs an aesthetic overhaul. If the rates were more reasonable, I would not be making these comments. But, when you pay such a significantly high price in early June, one just expects a higher level of hotel.

"Nice but missing cleaning service"

This is our third time at this hotel. The room and amenities were very nice, however we put the sign out to get room service and no one came. By the end of our stay we really could have used some fresh towels. Oh and we were on the 3rd floor with the suites so we were surprised we were overlooked.

Great view from our balcony❣️ Dinner and breakfast were great❣️

There was no chair in the room and the chairs on the balcony were difficult to get out of; needed to use a pillow from the bed to cushion sitting in the balcony chairs...😟

Overall great experience. Friendly hotel staff & great location!

I liked everything. The only thing I didnt like was the frozen pinka colada at the bar was TERRIBLE! Had a weird taste and for $13 was disappointed.
