good location.

No staff, no response requesting repairs. At least there was parking

Broken desk chair, leaky shower stall.

AC and fan was off when we arrived and we were unable to cool room off until the following day, which made it hard to sleep. Ice machine was broken. Internet was out for a portion of our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the lake and is close to restaurants and shops. The self check-in process went well. The beds were comfortable.

(1) Parking was an issue for us. I counted 6 parking spaces, plus 1 handicapped space and 1 space that’s marked “No Parking”. We could not find a parking space around 4:30pm so we parked at a 2nd location suggested by Mother Nature’s Inn (the lot West of the Inn by the laundry mat and Real Estate office) but there were tow-away signs all over this parking lot. My husband learned from a shopkeeper at Heather & Pine home furnishings that 2 of their employees were parked in the Mother Nature’s Inn parking lot and would soon be leaving. After one of them left, my husband re-parked the car because we feared our car would be towed away if we left it in the suggested optional parking lot. (2) The carpet appeared dirty. (3) The sink in our bathroom was draining slowly.

Maybe hoover more the carpet, put a larger fridge. If i reaaally have to find something to improbe

The main thing as I liked the location. Just an average room. Clean enough

First of all it's not compliant for anyone with disabilities. We asked for a downstairs room because I have severe challenges with my knees and was declined. I was told that pets are on the 1st floor and I did not have a pet. So therefore could not have a room downstairs. No elevator so had to go up-and-down the stairs. And now i'm in a great deal of pain after leaving. I was also told I had the first room going up, and it was not it was all the way at the end. Secondly, our 1st day there, we came back to have a nice nap. And someone was scraping the roof we're and doing some sort of construction or fixing the roof. Obviously we didn't get to rest after a late night coming in.And that was disappointing. I feel like they should have either waited or not rented that room out if it was going to be a few hours of somebody working on the roof. We actually had to leave for the afternoon. Signs everywhere about the bears, to make sure that we put all of our trash into the receptacles, but they were locked and we had no way to find Somebody. To be able to do so, so we're a little bit worried about that. And had to have the trash pile up in our room. Finally, we did want some more towels and things, and there wasn't really anything in the cupboards that they they have there for us, to get our own supplies. Not that that's a big deal. Since it was sort of like a in the airbnb motel. However, it was quite low. There are better opportunities in Lake Tahoe, and would probably not go back.
