Convenient to walk to town

Close to road And across from a gas station The back area was just a cage for a dog No garden No view

Walking distance to restaurants and shops in Carmel valley. A very homely and comfortable room. Much more comfortable than other motels. Clean. Good water pressure in the shower and nice and hot too.

It was off a main highway so you do hear cars and people playing music. Unfortunately a lot of crows and birds sit on the roof in the morning, and you do hear the noises/vibrations/steps on the roof very loudly.

The room was a generous size and the bed was extra comfy! There was a refrigerator and lots of choices for a coffee maker, a bottle opener and other items that came in handy. It was fairly quiet and walking distance to other shops and places to eat.

A bit dated in some respects but overall it was a nice stay.

Love that they provide bottled water, paper plates, paper, bowls, cutting board, etc - plenty of conveniences for travelers. Love the contactless check-in.

While it is a safe area, the door latch/lock to our room didn’t feel super secure when we were out. There was a deadbolt, so we were fine when we were in the room.

Very cozy. Very comfortable bed. Private. Garden area. Nice pool.
