Little European Lodge

Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power next time :). Corola was really amazing and refunded our night which really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Appreciate her and will be back in the future.

Perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Really comfortable bed. Short drive to Garland Regional Park.

Aroma scents in the room. I am sensitive to these.

It was quiet, not in the center of Carmel. There was a little store right next door (able to walk to). The bed and bedding were SO comfortable!

Not sure if this is something that is typical of the area (being from the East Coast) but we were surprised at the fact that there was no air conditioning (2 fans in the room). We were here during a rare heat wave. The "door" to the room was a slider, with a key, it was a little tricky to get the hang of, especially in the dark. Being that it was a lodge, it had a bit of a musty smell to it.

Room way too small for the money . Outside unkept. TV hard to operate, no premium channels. How. Could you have this place on your website. Awlful

Super clean and very comfortable

Clean, comfortable, and surround by some great local restaurants and wineries. Great owner!

The room was a little cozy, but it had a very comfortable king bed and was very clean.

We had a lovely stay. We had a small problem during check-in, but Angela from Kacey’s next door was incredibly helpful. After that it was all smooth! Exceptionally clean, spacious, quality furnishings and towels. Windows on both sides so it’s easy to get a breeze going and air out the room. I would definitely recommend!

No AC and loud by the highway

Rooms appear to be well insulated. We didn’t hear noise from other rooms. The bed was comfortable and t was easy to check in.

No air in the room which wasn’t an issue for me but could have been problematic for the second guest if it was warner out. The property should disclose that information for people that overheat.There are two floor fans and a ceiling fan but again, for people that overheat easily, that may be insufficient. Full disclosure allows guests to make an informed decision. The outside of the property is dated and a bit alarming. Based on the outside, I wanted to turn around and leave but the cost ($237 minus tax) wasn’t refundable. Therefore, I stayed.
