Nice little B&B. Good location and close to Drayton manor. Loved the fact they catered to a family of 5! All your basic essentials - ensuite, towels, kettle, shower etc.

Rooms were a touch dated. No notices up in the rooms about the WiFi, so we had to go back downstairs to get the password. A bit of confusion on the entrance/exit! We were told to exit the way we came in - via the pub. Only to be greeted with an unhappy cleaner in the bar area this morning. Spring mattresses could do with updating, were uncomfortable and could feel the springs.

The price, where it was and nice size room, with plenty of cupboard space. Shower was nice.

The toilet was dirty and the whole place didn't seem that clean The kettle didn't turn off by itself, so it overheated and the handle was too hot to pick up. There was no option for breakfast. There was only cows milk, which I don't drink, an option of soya or oat would have been nice. I had to drink black coffee. The pillows were really hard, so I couldn't get to sleep. The bed was quite comfy, but squeeky.

Staff were lovely and super helpful and rooms super warm so that was lovely.

Bathroom wasn’t clean and mattress was uncomfortable but was suitable for 1 nights stay. Rooms upstairs a bit dated but nothing terrible.
