Easy walk to the venue with easy access back in and in our room.

Hardly anything for breakfast - options were microwave oatmeal, granola bars, fruit, coffee.

Carpeting in room was very dirty/stained. Really needs replacement.

Location was mostly good. Right on a busy street, so it was loud.

There were no amenities that make this "bed and breakfast" style facility better than a hotel, or even on par. The shower was too small to move in and the shower curtain had mold. There weren't cups available to get some water (which would have been from the bathroom sink). For the cost, I would have expected a few little niceties.

The building itself was gorgeous.

The location and ease of parking are nice especially when the main hotels are booked. The steam shower is nice but there’s no fan and no door to the bathroom.

I’m not sure if other guests or perhaps long term guests were smoking outside or inside but it smelled like cigarettes as soon as you walked to the entry door. There was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling in the room. The room was very loud from other guests who were disrespectful of those wanting to sleep. Around 4am the trash trucks empty dumpsters right behind the building which is incredibly loud. The bathroom has no privacy. Adding a barn door or even a curtain would be nice. When you walk from the parking area you’re immediately next to the toilet. When you enter from the front of the building you’re around the corner from it. If two guests are in the room and one needs to use the restroom there is no privacy for restroom use as it’s just open to the room.
