La xenofobia nacional de cobrar IVA al uruguayo. Sí, ya sé, no depende de Big Bang. Pero es una experiencia expulsiva desagradable.

El personal fue increíble! Las domos son muy cómodas, y la ropa de cama era de excelente calidad.

Suggestions for improvements: Beach equipment, there should be at least 1 umbrella per dome and 1 chair per guest. For the proposal of the place, "private" beach, unfortunate that there is not enough equipment to use the beach. New Year's experience, on the menu it was mentioned that there would be Chandon sparkling wine for the midnight toast, which did not happen. Local lighting, although the proposal of the place is something cleaner, direct contact with nature, at least one lighting on the way of the domes (neutral light) would bring greater convenience for displacement.

Unique beautiful location, domes were comfortable, new year party was very fun. Great domes to relax in, read and play chess. Lots of cool art to feel inspired!

We wanted to have a sauna but it was broken and there were not enough umbrellas for us to sit on the beach in the day time. Breakfast was fine but the food we ordered was very mixed in quality. The art room was fun but not that easy to use for younger kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but didn’t think it was great value given the price.

Non è family friendly

The place overall is unique worth visiting. The resturant was great, very good service and tasty food. The room was overall nice, but required some maintaince. The reception staff not professional. The night shift helper who carried my luggage upon arrival at night was better than them. The lacking of english speaking among the staff made it very hard to enjoy. i had to find out by myself and search to discover the property.

The check in and check out was very dissapointing. The housekeeper forgot the window open i was disturbed when i found out in morning as it was hard to see at night with curtain covering the area no wonder why too many insect in the room. The roof part was without curtain on top side the sunlight was disturbing my sleeping. my stay could be better if the staff made effort but obviously they didnt care, the only thing they care about making the payment before arriving and kiking me out ASAP without even asking me how it was my staying or if i wish to stay longer since i arrived the hotel late at night and on top of that i had to wait 25 min on my car waiting them to bring my luggage.

We were greatly surprised by the gem we found. This was the first time we had gone "glamping" and were unsure what to expect. This is definitely a 5-star experience. the domes were incredible, the breakfast amazing and the location right by the sea.

some of the walkways back to the domes could be better illuminated at night. Maybe solar lights?
